CDL Class A Drivers – OTR Team Weekly Pay + Steady Miles

Avanti Windows & Doors is hiring CDL Class A Drivers for both OTR Team routes. Join a growing company that values reliable drivers, offers consistent work, and provides long-term career opportunities.

Pay & Schedule:

OTR Team Drivers: $36/hour
Weekly pay + consistent work
Long hours available (10+ hours/day).

Routes Available OTR Team (Texas ↔ Florida ↔ Ohio):

Consistent, high-mileage runs
Team driving required
75% travel

What You’ll Do:

Safely operate and drive a Class A commercial vehicle
Secure cargo to prevent damage during transit
Perform routine truck and trailer inspections
Use ELD to log hours of service
Maintain professionalism with customers and team members.

What We’re Looking For:

Valid CDL Class A license
Clean MVR (driving record)
Ability to meet FMCSR 391.11 requirements

Experience with:

53’ Dry Van (required)
Flatbed (preferred)
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Able to work long shifts and handle physical work
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to grow with a fast-growing company
