Now Hiring: Class A CDL Team Drivers Are you a dependable driver looking for a stable career with a growing company? Avanti Windows & Doors is seeking motivated Class A CDL Team Drivers for OTR and Regional team runs throughout California, Phoniex, Utah, Texas, and surrounding states.

Pay & Schedule
  • Pay rate: $32.
  • Weekly pay + consistent work.
  • Long hours available (10+ hours/day).

Position Summary:
As a Team Driver, you will safely transport windows, patio doors, and related materials between manufacturing facilities, customer locations, and job sites. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate a Class A CDL commercial vehicle.
  • Complete team-driving routes throughout Phoniex, California, Utah, Texas, and neighboring states.
  • Secure cargo to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
  • Accurately maintain Hours of Service using ELD technology.
  • Deliver products safely and on time.
  • Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Qualifications Required:
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Ability to meet FMCSR 391.11 requirements.
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain upon hire).
  • Experience using ELD systems.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work extended shifts and travel as required.
