Weather Shield | Medford, WI

Weather Shield, now part of the Pella Family of Brands, is looking for dependable team members to join our production team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and take pride in quality craftsmanship.

Pay & Schedule:

$18/hr starting wage.
+$2.50/hr for 2nd shift.
$0.50 Raises after 90 days and 6 months.
Full-time, 4-day work weeks (Mon–Thurs) with Friday mandatory overtime as needed.

Responsibilities:

Assemble products using hand and power tools.
Read and follow instructions, diagrams, and specifications.
Measure and fit parts with precision.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
Maintain equipment and work area.

Requirements:

Previous hands-on or fast-paced work experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Comfortable using tools and machinery.
High school diploma or GED preferred.
