Weather Shield is seeking motivated individuals to fill a variety of General Assembly and Production positions. New to manufacturing? No problem! Starting at $18.00, most work weeks are Monday - Thursday/Friday with overtime as needed.
What is the Job?
Assemble components to complete window/door units and/or parts. This ranges from machine operating to installing finished components onto the units.
What is Required:
- Capability of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Use and read a tape measure.
- Utilize hand/power tools.
- Great candidates will be team players and have a keen eye for quality.

Schedule:
- 1st Shift Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–3:30 PM | Fri 6:00 AM–10:00 AM
- Monday to Friday.
- Overtime.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ladysmith, WI 54848: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
Experience:
- Manufacturing: 6 months (Required).
