Looking for a hands-on career with great pay and real growth opportunities? Whether you’re an experienced installer or eager to learn a skilled trade, we offer on-the-job training from day one and a clear path to advance your career.
Staring Pay Rate: $17.75
Hours: Monday - Friday at 6 AM

What You’ll Do:
  • Install windows and doors in newly constructed homes.
  • Work closely with your team to complete quality installations.
  • Communicate job site updates, issues, and improvements clearly.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA fall protection procedures.
  • Use tools like cordless drills, levels, and nail guns
  • Climb ladders and work at heights as needed.
  • Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Deliver professional service and help manage customer expectations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Construction or homebuilding experience.
  • Window and door installation experience.
  • Valid driver’s license.
