About the Job
Job Description.

What You'll Do:
  • Run dedicated OTR team routes (TX → FL → OH and back).
  • Safely transport and deliver products on time.
  • Pick up product from customers and Avanti locations.
  • Perform routine vehicle and trailer safety inspections.
  • Utilize ELD for accurate hours-of-service tracking.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Valid CDL (Class A) and acceptable driving record (MVR).
  • Ability to meet FMCSA requirements (391.11).
  • Comfortable running long-haul team routes.
  • Professional, reliable, and safety-focused mindset.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork attitude.
  • Willingness to work 10+ hour shifts and stay on schedule.

Physical Requirements:
  • Lift 50+ lbs regularly and up to 75+ lbs occasionally.
  • Team lift up to 175 lbs (windows & patio doors).
  • Push/pull carts exceeding 500 lbs.
  • Use proper PPE when handling materials.
