Window & Door Installer (Entry-Level & Experienced)

Looking to build a rewarding career in the construction industry? Avanti Windows & Doors is hiring both Entry-Level and Experienced Installers to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll install windows and doors in newly constructed homes while learning valuable, hands-on skills. No experience? No problem. We provide paid, on-the-job training and the support you need to develop into a skilled installer.

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. If you're ready to start a career with opportunities for growth and advancement, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay: $17.60/hour - Depending on experience.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 6:00 AM.

Walk-ins are welcome—apply in person and start your journey with us! Hours 8 am - 11 am.

What You’ll Do:
  • Work alongside experienced installers to install windows and doors in new construction homes.
  • Use tools like cordless drills, levels, and nail guns (training provided).
  • Lift, carry, and position materials, including heavy windows and doors.
  • Climb ladders and work at heights while following safety procedures.
  • Support your team with hands-on labor and problem-solving on job sites.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Show up on time, ready to learn, and ready to contribute every day.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn a new trade.
  • Team player who communicates well and supports others.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times per day.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and at heights (ladders required).
  • Commitment to following safety guidelines, including OSHA fall protection.
  • Positive attitude and desire to grow with a fast-growing company.

Nice to Have (Not Required):
  • Experience in construction or home building.
  • Familiarity with windows or doors installation.
  • Valid driver’s license.
