Now Hiring: Class A CDL Team Drivers Are you a dependable driver looking for a stable career with a growing company? Avanti Windows & Doors is seeking motivated Class A CDL Team Drivers for OTR and Regional team runs throughout California, Phoniex, Utah, Texas, and surrounding states.

Pay & Schedule

Pay rate: $32.
Weekly pay + consistent work.
Long hours available (10+ hours/day).

Position Summary:

As a Team Driver, you will safely transport windows, patio doors, and related materials between manufacturing facilities, customer locations, and job sites. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a Class A CDL commercial vehicle.
Complete team-driving routes throughout Phoniex, California, Utah, Texas, and neighboring states.
Secure cargo to prevent damage during transportation.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Accurately maintain Hours of Service using ELD technology.
Deliver products safely and on time.
Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams.
Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Qualifications Required:

Valid Class A CDL.
Ability to meet FMCSR 391.11 requirements.
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Current DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Experience using ELD systems.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
Ability to work extended shifts and travel as required.
